Kelly currently works as an NCAA D1 baseball umpire for multiple conferences, as well as D2, D3, and NAIA baseball, and the MLB Draft League. She is also the only female umpire to officiate the MLB Draft League, the NCAA Big Ten, the MAC, and the Horizon league conferences, and the Midwest Prospect League. Kelly also had the honor of working as the plate umpire and crew chief for the 2019 Little League Baseball World Series championship game in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. In addition to college and MLB Draft League baseball, Kelly officiates PIAA, OHSAA, and Little League baseball.

Kelly works at Seton LaSalle Catholic HS in Pittsburgh as a science teacher. A proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, she enjoys volunteering and advocating for multiple organizations, including the American Diabetes Association, multiple veterans’ organizations, and Little League Baseball. 

Kelly has three wonderful sons, and the family takes immense pride in bleeding black and gold.
