Nicole is an executive healthcare consultant with 20 years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations working with complex multi-facility health systems, academic medical centers, and leading community and pediatric hospitals. Nicole is a member of Huron Healthcare’s Leadership Team and leads the Care Transformation business unit.  In this role, she oversees a team of over 100 dedicated consultants responsible for clinical solution development and deployment. In addition to setting the strategic direction for this team, Nicole also provides executive oversight on all clinical engagements and oversees strategic clinical partnerships. She serves as a trusted advisor to hospital and health system senior executives providing insight on a wide range of topics including strategic planning, value-based care models, care transformation, and consumer-centered care. Nicole holds a degree from The University of Alabama in Healthcare Administration and Biology.
