Ken heads Madison Marquette’s MM national golf and land practice. Ken brings more than 25 years of experience in investment brokerage services with a focus on institutional non-core and special assets. To date he has brokered over 130 golf properties. Ken has represented clients such as Bank of America, Shea Homes, Shapell Industries, Vulcan Inc., Arnold Palmer Golf, Blackstone Group, Textron Financial, Olympus REA, GE Capital, Walton Street Capital and Weyerhaeuser Financial. He is a member of the California Golf Course Owners Association, Northern and Southern California Golf Associations, the National Golf Course Owners Association and the Asian Business League. He brings his passion for golf and giving back through his work at UMPS CARE Charities.
