Proceeds will be used to provide 100 Build-A-Bear stuffed toys, outfits, activity books and more to children undergoing medical treatment at Children’s National Hospital right here in Washington, D.C. MLB umpires take time out deliver a dose of joy to children who need their spirits lifted.
These moments might seem small but mean so much to these children and their families who are often isolated in the hospital.
